Combat Pistol - I

Combat Pistol - I lays the foundation for any shooter, novice to master.  Focusing on the fundamentals, Combat Pistol - I is an excellant refresher for any seasoned shooter or an excellant start for anyone looking to improve and hone their skills.  This course isn't an introduction course.  Students should have a basic understanding of pistol marksmanship and safe handling.  If the student shows that he or she is unsafe during the training they will be removed from the course.  Contact us for more information.  

Topics covered:

-Four Horseman assessment drill

-Fundamentals of pistol marksmanship (aim fire)

-Drawing from the holster

-Reloads (Admin, duty, emergency and tactical)

-Type 1 malfunctions

While this course is not restricted, Eaglehead Training Group, LLC reserves the right to deny entry into the course if it is deemed that the student(s) have malicious or nefarious intentions of utilizing the material tauught.

Class Size: 14 students max 

*If a student is unable to attend the course due to an illness or any other valid reason, a credit will be given for another course of the same value

Round Count: 200 rounds

Weapon Requirements: Serviceable handgun with holster and a minimum of three magazines

**No cloth or leather holsters

Equipment Requirements: Eye protection, hearing protection, holster, magazine pouches, weather appropriate clothing and water

Equipment Recommendations: Sunblock, hat, chair, extra magazines, change of clothing, pen and paper

Students are expected to eat and hydrate throughout the day on their own.  A lunch break will not be given to ensure we maximize training time
